The 212 T01 2.0T Explorer Central Asia Edition is an international-spec hardcore off-road SUV engineered by 212 Off-Road Vehicles. Launched in November 2024, it is specially optimized for harsh road conditions, long-distance travel and durability requirements in Central Asia, positioning as a mid-high trim focusing on high reliability, strong off-road capability and cost-effectiveness.
Built on a body-on-frame chassis with solid front/rear axles, it is powered by a 2.0T inline-4 turbo gasoline engine (185kW / 252HP, 410N·m), paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and BorgWarner part-time 4WD. Standard equipment includes 4L low-range gear (2.5× torque amplification) and rear differential lock, delivering excellent traction and escape performance in gobi, desert, mud and snow.
